Best friends from school we Began curing salt beef and barbecuing at University to impress our friends. Once graduated we then decided to turn our hobby into a job.
London is now a cosmopolitan city where you can find cuisines from all over the world. Being proud Londoners with a passion for food, our mission is to recreate and develop some of the traditional London flavors using modern cooking styles and popular modern cuts.
Our business started as curing meats and creating salt beef and pastrami, this has always been the heart of the business, but over the years the menu has grown and adapted and we now see ourselves predominately as a ‘meat trader’ making the most of animal.
