Meat fire beer, Is the slogan to a barbecue restaurant taking over Brighton. Its delicious meat platters are cooked over fire, its burgers are undeniably good, and its Sunday roast will change your life.
Salt shed is a true independent restaurant, started by some lads making salt beef in their nans shed in 2017. They called their restaurant, Salt Shed. They’ve had plenty of ups and downs, and traded their way from markets, to festivals, to food halls, to eventually getting a flagship restaurant in the heart of North Laines. But that wasn’t enough. They’ve doubled down and opened Salt Shed at the West Pier, a brand new Bbq beach bar on the iconic seafront.
