Best friends from school we Began curing salt beef and barbecuing at University to impress our friends. Once graduated we then decided to turn our hobby into a job.

Salt Shed started as we begun curing meats and creating salt beef, this has always been the heart of the business, but over the years the menu has grown and adapted and we create amazing New York Deli style pastrami that you can order in shop or we will deliver the next day online.
